Eligibility:
1. Must be an ethnic minority, under represented first year freshman or transfer UCLA student.
2. Must demonstrate financial need.
3. Must exhibit involvement in the community and/or extracurricular activities.
4. Must be enrolled full time at UCLA for the upcoming year
5. Must have a minimum 2.55 GPA
