The Latino Greek Council at UCLA is devoted to serving both the campus and greater community. Working as individual organizations or in collaboration with other organizations, each member of the council participates in community service at least once per school quarter. Below are some examples of the ways LGC organizations serve the community.
For more information on what each organization does to serve the community, please visit their Chapter Profiles or connect with them via Facebook.

Lambda Theta Nu Sorority Inc.
The sisters of Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc. have integrated the Los Angeles AIDS
Walk into their community service as an annual event for various years. Throughout this
time, Lambdas have participated in the walk, been part of the information army, and have
even monitored the event. This year, the Señoritas of Lambda Theta Nu Sorority,
Incorporated participated as both cheerleaders at the finish line and strike crew. In doing
so, the sisters of Lambda Theta Nu were able to motivate participants to finish the last
portion of the walk, while also helping cleanup after all the participants had finished the route.
